Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days), Second Day (2 business days), Next Day (1 business day) and International Shipping (might take up to 10 days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day due to current location, size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground or International Shipping available.

You can track your order – tracking number will be provided within 3-5 days, unless another option was prior discussed and agreed with customer.

International Shipping:

Orders which are subject to International Shipping might arrive within 10-14 business days depending on the item's current location, size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery location.

Standard Ground:

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location.

Second Day:

Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Next Day:

Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?

For some items an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
